# Pengiriman

Fitur ini dapat Anda gunakan untuk menjadwalkan tim pengiriman, agar seluruh aktivitas pengiriman tercatat dengan rapi beserta riwayatnya, dan dapat dipantau secara real time di SalesMania.

Fitur penagihan membutuhkan status visit khusus dengan tipe 'Penagihan', supaya tim debt collector bisa mencatatkan aktivitas penagihan yang berhasil. Cara setting visit status bisa dilihat di [sini](#setting-status-visit-untuk-pencatatan-penagihan).

Supaya Anda bisa melihat opsi Penagihan pada titik tiga di jadwal, pastikan:

1. Untuk membuat jadwal pengiriman, Anda dapat mengikuti beberapa langkah singkat dibawah ini:

* Jadwalkan visit seperti biasa.

* Jika jadwal visit sudah berhasil ditambahkan ke card team yang bersangkutan, selanjutnya klik titik tiga pada jadwal visit yang tipenya ingin diubah ke visit pengiriman. Lalu klik 'Pengiriman'.

* Selanjutnya, pilih faktur yang ingin dikirimkan, lalu klik 'Pilih'.

Secara default daftar ini di-filter untuk order yang berstatus Diproses atau Lunas, bila Anda ingin melihat order yang Baru/ Lunas/ Batal, sesuaikan checklist di atas untuk melihat order dengan status lainnya.

Bagi pengguna Accurate Online, dokumen yang muncul di daftar ini bisa diatur: Faktur Penjualan (default), Pesanan Penjualan, atau Pengiriman Pesanan. Judul dialog dan nama kolom nomor akan menyesuaikan dengan pilihan tersebut. Pengaturannya ada di halaman Integrasi Accurate Online bagian **Pengiriman (Delivery)**, lihat [Integrasi Accurate Online](/website-guidebook/integrasi-accurate-online.md).

* Jika sudah memilih faktur yang ingin dikirimkan, maka tipe visit akan berubah menjadi visit pengiriman, lengkap dengan nomor faktur yang akan dikirimkan.

Apabila sudah berhasil menambahkan visit pengiriman, maka team pengiriman Anda sudah bisa untuk melaporkan lewat aplikasi masing-masing.
